Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time: Please note that all orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 2-7 business days of your order submission.
Communication: After the order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delays: Graytbrand Clothing Co is not liable for shipping companies delay, any misrouted or lost package. All claims are filed through USPS directly.
Adjustments: Please bear in mind that once the order has been shipped, we can not alter the shipping address.
